Fresno TKO: is the archetype office for TKO Dental Offices.

Visalia TKO: is the extended prototype that allows more integrated services and brands.

These are 2 of the 4 offices in the first round of this new venture. These 4 locations should be studied extensively to fully understand:

* why this concept was conceived and

* why it works for providers wanting to be in business for yourself but not by yourself.

Risk Reversal – the risk reversal inherent in this model allows providers, lenders and TKO to advance seamlessly through lucrative growth process. Uncertainty is what causes fear and reluctance on behalf of investors and lenders. For that reason our experience and previous successes with our previous model or brand 1.0 establishes trust in version 2.0.

Additionally, we are now a Real Estate Development company specializing in Dental properties. We leverage our many years of experience to locate the most ideal demographic and strategic properties to acquire then build out using our own monies.

Because we have the experience and expertise to get it right and vision and confidence to complete the projects it’s much easier for providers, investors and lenders to come onboard once it’s done. If it is not a clear winner from the time it’s finished we are the ones that’s taken on the risk. But because of who we are, where we’ve been and the team and product we have, it’s not a problem for investors or lenders to want to join us.

We locate, acquire, design and develop these properties so that it’s a TURN KEY office where the provider takes the keys to a ready made and promoted practice with patients booked before they get there.
