We are a Prime Destination DeNovo Branded Pediatric Dental Office Real Estate Development company that handles every aspect of building a successful Dental Practice.
Real Estate
We focus on the 1, 2 and 3 most important things for success in real estate which are the same top 3 things for dental office success: 1-Location, 2-Location, 3-Location. With 36 years of success in pediatric dentistry, we have the experience and expertise. We provide a risk reversal wherein we search, locate then finance the entire acquisition, build-out, equipment, and marketing for the office prior to the tenant signing an agreement. We have properties that we are developing already but we are open to exploring properties that doctors bring to us if they fit our model. We DO NOT develop or build-out facilities that are not acquired or owned by TKO Properties.
Construction
It can take 26-30 months to acquire, close, get plans and building permits approved then to do the build-out. This is not an over-night process and can vary depending on local planning departments. This extended time period gives us time to get to know the doctor and develop a marketing and community relations plan. We use the pediatric, Kids2Dentist, brand as the anchor tenant to draw parents and Ortho to the Co-branded "Swan Adult & Orthodontics." The larger Integrated services facilities help to optimize our referral network.

Pediatric Dentistry as the Anchor tenant, Swan Adult Dental & Ortho is also complimented in our larger facilities by Pediatricians service and Anesthesiology where available. Integrated services are the goal we are trying to achieve.
